"I hav found myself pondering the possibilities..." The strong German Accent of Baumann spoke into the room to be recorded. "The DSV Beagle has dropped out of warp to dock with Da star base eat-ty." He reclined in the larger of the cabins on the Submersable's choices. "We are in a region of spac with several habitable planets to be explored. Unlike the DSV Sir Francis Drake; the First of our sister vessels, the Beagle is assigned to a base in space radder dan a planetary operation."

He took a sip of his warm Java.

"We are just at the outer Mark-ker und in route to da station, I do admit that the thought of so much to be explored iz exciting. I must go through the checking in process as does the crew but i am confidant ve vill be back on the prowl in da oceans waiting us soon enough." He did reret that unlike a star ship aside from the massive portals o fthe Nose Observation module there were no portals to look out. "I am told the majority of the Senior staff are on assignment, I will make the introductions where needed and find my way to the Chief Science Officer to make myself known and inquire of any assignments pending?" He smiled to himself. "I am hoping we can depart without much delay, the trip here left us a little bit bored and the depths are alling to all those on Dis ship."

He checked the PADD of information as he thought for a few seconds.

"The Beagle is on final approach und I tink Da commanding officer should be present as she docks." He rose from his chiar.

"End Log Entry."
