Sub-departments, and NPCs

NPC issue has been repaired, but the affected NPCs have been removed as part of the process, and will need to be recreated.

Affected NPCs were

Ensign Gregor Strekov
Chief Petty Officer Sara Fredrix

I apologize for the inconvenience, but this could not be helped.

the Department for the 405th has been completely removed, including ALL sub-departments.

As a tip for those with permissions allowing them to create departments, when creating departments, or sub-departments, never nest a sub-department inside another sub-department, or you will break the system.

Example:

Department 1
- Sub-Department 1
- Sub-Department 2

This works fine

Department 1
- Sub-Department 1
-- Sub-Department 2

will break the system, because even though Nova allows this during department creation, or modification, it was not actually designed to work this way. The fact that it allows you to do this was actually a bug in the system. Follwing this guideline should prevent this issue in the future.
