NPCs in the 405th

There is a glitch at the moment that does not allow any NPC created in this dept to show. We will be dissolving this dept to create a few new ones as well, due to the increase in assets from the move to a Stardock, so for now if you wish to make a NPC that is flight related, talk to COMR Masters and work with her. Thank you.
