Medical Facilities Added

I still have a lot of work to do on detailing these properly, but this will make due for now. Decks 55 and 56 are the stations medical facilities. Deck 57 is for Medical Supply and Logistics, and is also one of the stations smaller cargo centers. As I post these, this is a good idea center for areas that you work on constructing.

Kathleen is headed for the station as well, so be ready!
